5. Payments and Billing

Invoices must be settled according to the agreed schedule. Payments are non-refundable once a project begins. Delayed or missed payments may pause or terminate ongoing work without further notice.

 

6. Confidentiality

All client information, business data and account credentials are treated as strictly confidential. Justice Partnership LLC will never share or sell confidential data to third parties without explicit written consent.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, SEO strategies, reports and written content developed by Justice Partnership LLC remain our property until full payment is received. Ownership is transferred only after payment completion.

 

8. Performance Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, search rankings and results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic numbers.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Justice Partnership LLC is not responsible for any indirect losses, data issues or search engine updates affecting performance. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

 

10. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. All work completed up to that date will be billed accordingly. Outstanding balances must be cleared before project termination is finalized.

 

11. Revisions and Support

Minor adjustments and revisions are included within project scope. Additional changes or extended support beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges depending on the complexity.

 

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of relevant courts as applicable to Justice Partnership LLC.
